Mawar Abadi (M) Sdn. Bhd. is an established contractor company involved in building construction. We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Works Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of architectural and finishing works, ensuring all activities are completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and supervise the work of architectural teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Monitor and control the progress of architectural works, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquirie
- Collaborate with the project management team to optimise workflow and maximise efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Works Supervisor or in a similar role within the architecture industry
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques
- Proficient in the use of architectural software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Degree in Architecture or a related field, and a valid professional registration or certification
