About the role

Join Ocean Plumbing Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as a Site Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites in Penang. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule manpower, materials and equipment at site
  • Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
  • Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
  • Ensure project completed within schedule.
  • Ensure no interruption to production operation and no accident during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have M & E experience.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized and Good Communication Skills.
  • Good in MS Excel, Word software
  • Based on Penang, Driving license (class D) with own transport.
