Job Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing daily site operations and driving the successful execution of our construction projects. This full-time role demands proactive oversight of on-site activities, seamless collaboration with the project team, and meticulous attention to detail to uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

i Oversee and coordinate the work of construction crews and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

ii Monitoring site progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise.

iii Conducting regular site inspections and providing detailed reports to the project management team.

iv Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

v Maintaining clear and effective communication with the main contractor, consultants and all stakeholders, while upholding our responsibilities as developer under the contract.

vi Assisting in the planning and coordination of project activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.

Qualifications:

i Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervision role in the building construction industry.

ii Possess at least a Diploma in M&E or Civil Engineering or equivalent.

iii Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

iv Experience in M&E or building construction works.

v Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

vi Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

vii Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Power Point.

viii Good communication and interpersonal skills.

ix Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

x Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a diverse group of workers.
