Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in managing relationships with retail stores like Watsons, Guardian, and AEON.
  • Help with setting up promotions and events in stores.
  • Assist with sales reporting and tracking product performance.
  • Help keep track of stock levels and ensure products are available on shelves.
  • Support with deliveries of Point-of-Sale materials and setting up in-store displays.
  • Help coordinate with internal teams and retail partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with monitoring competitors and gathering market information.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or retail operations (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and generate reports.
  • Good in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to visit retail outlets.

Contract Type: 6 months (There is potential for this role to convert to a permanent position based on your performance)

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
