We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, possess excellent 3D drawing skills, and demonstrate proficiency in sales and client relationship building. As a Sales Designer, you will play a key role in presenting our company's products to designer firms, fostering relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct presentations to designer firms, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the interior design industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor products.
  • Attend industry events and network with professionals in the design community.
  • Customize presentations to suit the preferences and styles of different clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless communication and understanding of client requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Provide feedback from clients to contribute to product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Min 2 years experience and above.
  • Previous experience working in an interior design firm is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • A deep understanding of the interior design industry, market trends, and client needs.
  • Creative mindset and an eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to adapt to different client preferences and styles.
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills.

Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
