Admin Executive

We are a growing automotive battery wholesale company looking for a meticulous and organized Admin Executive to manage our warehouse office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our daily invoicing and documentation processes run smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately generate and process Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Credit Notes, and Official Receipts using SQL Accounting System.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all sales and purchase documents. Ensure all records are organized, up-to-date, and easily retrievable for tracking or audit purposes.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure physical stock matches the system records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed promptly and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, and perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma candidates are welcome.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven experience in using SQL Accounting Software is highly preferred (candidates familiar with AutoCount or similar systems are also encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work independently in a warehouse office environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good command of English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia). Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage (to communicate with suppliers/customers).
