Job Descriptions

  • To issue monthly invoices according to the billing schedule
  • To maintain accuracy in the monthly billing listing and cross-checking the contract and system data
  • To manage recurring contracts and proper contract setup
  • To monitor billing-related emails and respond to customer inquiries
  • To prepare agreements and invoice
  • To manage and prepare day-to-day data input activities including delivery order & withdrawal
  • To update and assist in maintaining proper filing system, documentation and records
  • To assist in stock tick for every month closing
  • To undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as maybe required by the management from time to time

Requirements

  • Able to multi-task and maintain attention to details.
  • Good time management and scheduling skills
  • Good organization skills and self-discipline
  • Proficiency in Ms Word & Excel

Education Level

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) in Business Administration or related field
