About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Urban Pinnacle Venture' team as a Tenant Relation Executive (Front Desk) in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a Tenant Relation Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of the front desk to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our tenants.

What you'll be doing

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant matters.

  2. Coordinate onboarding and space handover for new tenants.

  3. Manage service requests and issue resolution.

  4. Organize tenant engagement and festive events.

  5. Coordinate with facility and service teams for smooth operations.

  6. Support lease renewal and exit processes.

  7. Maintain updated tenant records and documentation.

  8. Assist finance in monitoring payments and collections.

  9. Collect and relay tenant feedback for service improvement.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using office software and technology
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
