Role Overview

The ASNT NDT Level III will be responsible for overseeing all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements. This role involves training, certification, auditing, and technical supervision of NDT personnel to maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Certificatio
    n:Responsible for training and certifying all NDT Level II personnel employed by the contractor and assigned to the project
  • Maintain Certification
    s:Ensure own ASNT/PCN Level III certifications remain current and vali
  • Personnel Record
    s:Maintain up-to-date records of all NDT inspectors employed by the contractor who are or were assigned to the project
  • Technical Audit
    s:Perform technical audits on procedure compliance, including review of historical inspection reports for quality and correctness as requested by the company
  • Procedure Development & Revie
    w:Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures in accordance with project specifications and international standard
  • Quality Assuranc
    e:Ensure all NDT activities meet project requirements and applicable codes (ASME, API, IEC, etc.
  • Technical Suppor
    t:Provide expert technical advice on NDT methods and interpretation of result
  • Compliance & Safet
    y:Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards during all inspection activitie

Qualifications & Skill

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
  • Valid ASNT Level III certification in UT, MT, PT (additional methods preferred
  • Experience in NDT within oil & gas or petrochemical project
  • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, IEC
  • Proven experience in training and certifying NDT personnel
  • Excellent auditing, reporting, and communication skill
