Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the relevant channel: chat and email
  • Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
  • Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
  • Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in both English and, for native speakers, in their native language.

Min Requirements:

  • SPM or above
  • Min 6 months above of experience in Customer Service
  • Good English comms & critical thinking skills
  • Able to speak, write and read in Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
