Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machines involved in the production of caster wheels.
  • Ensure production output consistently meets quality standards and daily targets.
  • Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and verify finished products to ensure compliance with company quality specifications.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Accurately record production data and equipment performance for process tracking and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting production issues or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and achieve production goals.
  • Follow company policies, environmental guidelines, and occupational safety standards at all times.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors or management as required.

Working Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday (5 working days per week)
  • Off Days: Saturday and Sunday

Working Hours:

  • Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

(Shifts are rotated weekly or as scheduled by management.)

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in handling and operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and quality assurance principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production targets.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts (day and night).

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand for long hours and perform hands-on manufacturing tasks as needed.
