Team Leader

- To manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel's public and back-of-the house areas.
- Ensures Housekeeping Attendants deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Works with Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to prepare weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
- Assigns duties and responsibilities to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Conducts checks on works done by Housekeeping Attendants.
- Plans and schedules periodic works such as, carpet shampooing, and high dusting.
- Liaises closely with Florists regarding floral arrangement in the hotel.
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of English used in the workplace.
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Thorough knowledge of Housekeeping materials.
- Proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials, for cleanliness of all furniture and fixtures in Public Areas
- Work across all areas to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a supervisor, required.
- Able to perform shift works
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
