JOB VACANCY: Head of Theme Park Operations

Location: Genting Highlands

Salary: RM15,000 – RM20,000

Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior Management (GM)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Theme Park Operations to lead the overall operations of a major leisure & entertainment attraction in Genting Highlands. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the theme park including rides, attractions, guest services, F&B outlets, and safety compliance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop multi-department teams to uphold high service and operational standards.
  • Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, visitor satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staffing, manpower planning, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Marketing, HR, and Maintenance for park-wide initiatives.
  • Analyse operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all park operations.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years senior management experience in theme parks, amusement parks, resorts, or large-scale entertainment operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of park operations, safety standards, and SOPs.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple departments.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is an advantage.
