Administrative Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Manage asset orders, inventory tracking, and stock transfers (incoming & outgoing).
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery following FIFO practices.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including safety, storage, and security.
- Prepare and maintain asset documentation, reports, and audit records.
- Handle asset disposal according to company and sustainability standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support asset operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (Degree preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management, administration, or warehouse logistics.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
