Job Purpose

  • As a Solar Sales Consultant & Marketing in JYD GREENERGY SDN. BHD, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar PV systems and related services to residential and commercial clients.
  • You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, assessing their energy needs, and providing tailored solar solutions. (Training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as FB, Social Media and Call Enquiry.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales.
  • Develop creative sales and marketing techniques to effectively communicate with potential clients through our social media and company website.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for solar PV systems.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to educate clients on solar technology and its advantages.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to meet both company and client objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide exceptional post-sale support, address any issues or inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
  • Will be deal with MIDA and TNB submission.
  • Ensure all payments are made by the client before the due date and follow up with all existing payments following the provided turnaround time policy.
  • Follow up with customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous growth.
  • Perform any other function that may be assigned by Management.

Job Specification

  • Candidates should at least possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Management / Marketing or any related to marketing and sales.
  • 2-4 years of related sales experience.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Good Presentation and Writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of solar PV technology and energy systems is a plus
  • Highly motivated to perform follow-ups and negotiations to ensure closing of sales

  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required
  • Must be independent, able to multitask and willing to learn
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Motivated, positive attitude, results oriented, and able to work independently
