We're looking for a
hands-on Finance Manager
to lead our company's finance and accounting operations. This is a
one-person department
role — ideal for someone who's
independent, detail-oriented, and confident in managing the full set of accounts
for a
public listed company
.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and certify internal accounts for management and board review.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and statutory submissions (audit, tax, SST).
  • Liaise with auditors, company secretary, and regulatory authorities.
  • Act as an authorised signatory for operational finance matters (subject to board approval).

Requirements:

  • 3 years and above experience
    with
    MIA membership

handling full set of accounts; listed company or audit background an advantage.
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System.
- Independent, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
