The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for driving marketing strategies that support business development, brand visibility, and lead generation for both GreenBOS and SquareCloud. This role involves leading marketing-related pre-sales initiatives, strengthening customer engagement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to support product positioning and market expansion.

The ideal candidate is skilled in communication, presentation, and content development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sustainability-related market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop marketing campaigns targeting sustainability, ESG, and property sectors

· Manage branding, content strategy, social media, and corporate communications

· Support BD with pitch decks, brochures, proposals, and case studies

· Organise events, webinars, and exhibitions (e.g., Green Summits)

· Coordinate PR initiatives and industry outreach

· Create thought-leadership content (articles, infographics, videos)

· Track marketing performance and lead generation metrics

· Maintain website updates and digital presence

Job Description:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting sustainability, ESG, building digitalisation, and property sectors for both GreenBOS and Squarecloud.

  3. Manage brand identity, content strategy, digital communication, and corporate messaging.
  4. Oversee website updates, digital presence, and marketing performance metrics.

  5. Plan marketing pipeline and meet KPIs.

  6. Content Creation & Marketing Collateral

  7. Produce thought-leadership content (articles, case studies, infographics, videos).

  8. Create marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and proposal content with Graphic Designer and report to BD Manager.

  9. Support Business Development with strategic content for client meetings and tenders.

  10. Events, PR & Industry Engagement

  11. Plan and manage marketing events, webinars, exhibitions, and forums (e.g., Green Summits).

  12. Coordinate media relations, PR initiatives, and partnerships with industry organisations.

  13. Lead outreach activities to increase visibility within sustainability and smart-building communities.

  14. Pre-Sales Marketing Support

  15. Collaborate with the team to understand customer requirements and provide marketing insights for product positioning.

  16. Deliver product presentations, marketing pitches, and solution-focused demonstrations.
  17. Prepare marketing proposals, solution briefs, and customised promotional materials tailored to client needs.

  18. Execute additional marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

  19. Post-Sales Support (Marketing Perspective)

  20. Maintain consistent marketing communication with customers during the implementation phase.

  21. Provide product knowledge, usage guidance, and general support to enhance customer experience.
  22. Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team on customer feedback, improvement suggestions, and feature requests.
  23. Perform ad hoc marketing-communication duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time
