Work you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring smooth and timely hiring processes.
• Manage and update recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for tracking and analysis.
• Handle candidate documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards.
• Support talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners to ensure efficient communication and process flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HR/recruitment systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
