Work you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring smooth and timely hiring processes.
- Manage and update recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for tracking and analysis.
- Handle candidate documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards.
- Support talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners to ensure efficient communication and process flow.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HR/recruitment systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
