Job Summary

Assist in developing and improving menu items, recipes, and product quality to support the company's continuous innovation and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes.
  • Support food testing, tasting sessions, and product trials to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Record and update recipe formulations, costing, and preparation methods.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen Teams for trial runs and menu rollouts.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product trends.
  • Assist in maintaining ingredient inventory, sourcing, and supplier coordination for R&D activities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during testing and preparation.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for new product proposals and testing results.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
  • Passionate about food, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple R&D projects.
  • Basic understanding of food preparation, costing, and quality control.
  • Knowledge of F&B trends and product development processes is an advantage.
