JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to confirm with clients and make records of shipment.
  • Responsible to make booking with shipping lines for weekly shipment movement i.e: confirm freight and container movement for the week.
  • Make arrangement with Transport Dept for collection and delivery of cargo to warehouse. Stick "damaged" sticker on the cargo.
  • Ensure documents are passed to documentation dept for declaration and custom clearance purpose.
  • Responsible for preparation of B/L and pass the correct copy of B/L to shipping line, Sankyu Inc. Japan and concerned clients.
  • Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree required;
  • 1-2 years experience with Import and Exports (required);
  • Strong Understanding of Import and Export regulations and documentation;
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required, customer service experience required;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, positive work attitude and adaptability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Bahasa English (Preferred)

License/Certification:
