Our cloud platform digitalizes Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, helping data centers, manufacturing plants, and energy facilities manage isolations with full traceability, real time collaboration, and compliance visibility.
Role Purpose
Lead the complete deployment of LOTOControl at client sites from configuration to go live, ensuring successful adoption and safety awareness.
You will train client teams, customize project settings, and serve as the primary liaison between end users and our development team, translating operational needs into product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, test, and deploy the LOTOControl system at client sites or cloud environments.
• Deliver engaging technical and safety training sessions onsite or online.
• Assist clients in mapping electrical diagrams into the LOTOControl system using our diagram tools.
• Provide first line support and escalate complex issues to the development team.
• Act as a bridge between clients and developers, identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Document all configurations, site notes, and lessons learned for internal improvement.
• Support pre sales activities including demos, proofs of concept, and presentations.
• Validate new features in real world commissioning and maintenance scenarios.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable delivering training sessions.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Solid understanding of electrical single-line diagrams and safety procedures.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least two years of experience in data centers, utilities, oil & gas, or manufacturing are preferred.
• Strong client-focused mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Proficient computer skills; prior experience with software tools or digital platforms is an advantage.
Success Indicators (KPIs)
• On time and smooth project go live.
• Positive training feedback and high user adoption.
• Reduced support cases post-handover.
• Accurate and complete project documentation.
