- Providing
on-site services to the customers, including training, system configuration,
support - Assist
Program/Project Manager to coordinate the project implementation - Providing
remote support services. - Responsible
for data collection and import - Project
management and follow-up - Maintain
the daily operation of the system. - Respond
to customer's issues in time, according to the company's request.
Requirements
–
- Language
– English, Japanese - Fluent in communication (listening, speaking,
reading and writing) - Flexible
thinking and efficient execution and coordination - Willing
to travel frequently (China and Asia Pacific region) - Familiar
with basic business etiquette - Proficient
in Office software (power point, excel, word, etc) - Good
adaptability to emergencies - Strong
teamwork ability - Experience
in team or project management is preferred.
