Requirements:

  • Familiar with the relevant contracts and carry out the engineering management of the profession according to the contract.
  • Responsible for making profession plan and tracking the implementation.
  • Responsible for engineering changes, project lists, drawing review, meeting minutes, RFA & RFI, construction organization design, on-site visa forms, project payment progress review, etc.
  • Have the ability to analyze and solve problems on site; familiar with civil construction and procedures; responsible for organizing the model acceptance, concealed acceptance, intermediate acceptance, completion acceptance and handover of operation and maintenance of the specialty.
  • Review the application for price recognition of materials in this specialty, focusing on the specifications, models, brands and origin of country.
