What would you do?

  • Strong stakeholder management who can coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including executives, partners, and team members, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of goals and expectations.
  • Have clear understanding of the department's role in a product/project and able to work collectively with other business & tech units.
  • Manage product through the product development lifecycle by leading in house teams in preparing and walking through product requirements (PRD), prioritizing features, and collaborating with team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications within the required timeline.
  • Work on product ideas that are focused on great user experience while driving sales, acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.
  • Understand the assigned overall product ecosystem and identify any interdependency with other related systems/project in order to make sound decisions & product tracking flow.
  • Managing project and work hand in hand with Tech Division ensuring stakeholders stay up to date.

Who should join us?

  • Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills in order to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fast learner and passionate towards product development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed.
  • Experience in insurance products will be an advantage.
