Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front of House role located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves daily tasks such as greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also handle customer inquiries, maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, and work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff members to provide an excellent dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to make Presentations and communicate clearly
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
