Job Description

  • Lead and manage all Front of House operations, including Host and PR teams, to ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with Holywings brand standards.

  • Oversee daily floor operations, from guest arrival and seating arrangements to service flow and exit experience.

  • Maintain high service quality, guest satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the outlet.

  • Act as the key representative for VIP guests, media, influencers, and brand partners, ensuring personalized engagement and brand consistency.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Event, and Marcomm teams to execute PR activities, special events, and guest relations programs.

  • Monitor and manage reservation systems, guest lists, and seating efficiency to optimize guest flow and minimize waiting times.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely service recovery and continuous improvement.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the Host and PR team to deliver premium hospitality and maintain grooming and behavioral standards.

  • Conduct daily briefings to align staff on promotions, events, and VIP guest lists.

  • Ensure the FOH area maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand ambiance.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular guests and partners to enhance loyalty and repeat visitation.

  • Collaborate closely with Bar, Service, and Security teams to ensure smooth coordination, safety, and overall operational excellence.

  • Provide regular performance and activity reports to the Outlet Manager, including guest trends, PR engagement, and team performance insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Communication.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as FOH Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or PR/Host Manager in a hospitality or nightlife environment.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Professional appearance, confident presence, and ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

  • Deep understanding of service standards, brand representation, and guest experience management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
