  • Responsible for front-of-house operations and customer service.
  • Greet and seat customers, introduce menu items, and provide assistance when needed.
  • Familiar with POS systems and ordering processes, ensuring accurate order entry.
  • Assist in preparing simple food and beverages (e.g., rice, drinks).
  • Handle cashiering and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving issues.
  • Help with daily ordering and replenishment of front-of-house supplies.
  • Coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Able to use basic social media apps (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) to support brand promotion and store visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
