DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of tender documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts.
  • articipate in site visits to measure quantities and assess work progress.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including cost reports, variation orders, and progress reports.
  • Assist with identifying and assessing potential financial risks on projects.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates. No prior experience required (entry-level).
  • Internships or academic project experience in quantity surveying or construction management are a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
