Contract / QS Executive (Quantity Surveyor)

Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia I GREEN ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. Full time 60,000 - 80,000 per year

-Manage Tenders and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.

-Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team

-Follow up, Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.

-Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.

-Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.

-Possess own car and willing to travel.

Job Requirement

1) Diploma or Degree In Quantity Surveyor

2) Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in sewerage line.

3) Able to work independently, and possess good organisational skills

4) Strong communication and negotiation skills, and can speak English and Bahasa Melayu

5)Working experience related construction field is added advantage.

6)Perform ad-hoc or any task assigned by Management or Superior.
