Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Shipping & E-Commerce Officer to oversee our online sales operations across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, while managing both *domestic and international shipping* activities.

This role sits at the crossroads of marketing, logistics, and operations — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and taking ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping & Logistics

* Plan, coordinate, and execute local and international shipments according to delivery schedules.

* Prepare and verify all shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).

* Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

Ensure compliance with Incoterms, trade agreements, and import/export regulations*.

* Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and maintain delivery efficiency.

* Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.

* Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits.

2. E-Commerce Operations

* Manage and grow online sales channels (Amazon, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).

* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.

* Create engaging product listings, advertisements, and social media content.

* Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.

* Optimize product visibility through keyword, pricing, and content improvements.

* Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.

* Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and promotional opportunities.

3. Analysis & Reporting*

Analyze e-commerce and logistics performance using tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Analytics, and TikTok Analytics*.

* Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.

Qualification & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in shipping, logistic, and e-commerce (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Lazada Seller Hub, and logistics systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Fresh graduates with a passion to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
