We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is eager to kickstart a career in Supply Chain Management mainly focusing on Logistics and Warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the line manager or superior in day-to-day logistics operations such as providing full logistics support for inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating warehouse activities and ensuring smooth supply chain processes. This role offers hands-on involvement in logistics and supply chain operations, providing valuable exposure to inventory management and cross-functional collaboration within our organization.

We are immediately hiring a fresh graduate to be our Velesto Trainee (Protégé) – Logistics with an expected start date early in November 2025.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Assist in coordinating and optimizing transportation routes for efficient logistics operations.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and monitoring orders and shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding shipment status, delays, and any arising issues.
• Support in the issuance of Purchase Requests (PR), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO), and perform GRN activities.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on logistics activities, encompassing performance metrics and cost analysis.
• Ensure that all logistics operations and activities adhere to Velesto's processes and internal procedures.
• Guarantee compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations concerning logistics operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
• Uphold a safe working environment by strictly adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
• Develop and present reports on key performance indicators to management for strategic decision-making.
• Perform any additional Scope of Work (SOW) tasks as assigned by superiors as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:-

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management or any equivalent with strong interest in logistics operations.
• Basics knowledge of logistics, supply chain management and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Display enthusiasm for learning and collaborating with various departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, and any knowledge in ERP systems will be added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral).
• Must currently unemployed.
• Age 26 and below.
