Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive/Manager based in Subang Jaya. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting sales revenue targets, and generating new business, new customers. The role requires presenting and promoting LED lighting and IOT cloud based system solutions to clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is also a vital part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to strategize sales activities to meet and exceed targets
  • Familiarity with market trends and knowledge of LED products or related industries is a plus
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales roles is an advantage
