Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Level: Junior/ Entry-level
Department: Operations Department - Salon
Rate: RM /month and RM 12-16/hour
Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Overall Job Objectives:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and leading by example. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Attending and communicating promptly to customer's needs and queries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns
- Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
- Communicating and coordinating with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must have proven working experience in customer service.
- Professional looking and well-groomed that best fits our salon image.
- Good and precise communication skills.
- Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
- Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.
- Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Conversational Mandarin or Korean is an added advantage (to cater to a diverse customer base).
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
- Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
- Follow company procedures and policies to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
