Accounts Payable Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payables and invoices for our business partner in Australia.
  • Maintain accounts payable ledger and vendor data information in the system accurately.
  • Ensuring all issues pertaining to vendor invoices are resolved and all invoices are processed on a timely basis by each month-end.
  • Disseminating payment information to vendors and attending to all queries.
  • Reconciling vendors statement of account prior to month end with the weekly and monthly creditors report.
  • Maintaining schedules, and filing of all vendor documentation and paperwork.
  • Preparing accruals at month-end.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, ability to communicate with Australians an added advantage.
  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy.
  • 1 years of relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and with high degree of responsibility.
  • Committed, pro-active and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
