Role Description

This is a
12 months contract
role for a Senior Recruiter Team Lead, located in Greater Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming resource demands based on business urgency and capacity planning. Evaluate and screen candidate resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements and project needs. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, candidates, and hiring managers for role clarifications and profile discussions.
  • Share qualified profiles with hiring managers and relevant technical reviewers for evaluation.
  • Support interview scheduling, including backfilling slots as needed to maintain process flow.
  • Follow up on interview feedback, escalating or clarifying ambiguous responses with stakeholders.
  • Reassess previously interviewed candidates for potential fit against other open roles or demands.
  • Conduct regular weekly syncs with recruitment agencies, Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and delivery practices to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Participate in daily cadence calls with internal teams to track hiring status and address bottlenecks. Negotiate candidate selections and decisions with hiring managers, in collaboration with project leads where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the TA team on candidate negotiations and offer finalization to ensure successful closures. Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards related to recruitment progress, interviews, and pipeline health.
  • Provide strong coordination and communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • MINIMUM 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process (screening, scheduling, feedback follow-ups, etc.)
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and internal hiring teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
