Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Sales Manager, located in Petaling Jaya with some flexibility to work remotely. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key account clients, strategizing and achieving sales targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, and developing account plans. The role also includes analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Key Accounts management to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proficient in Account Management, including developing account strategies and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze, strategize, and identify market trends to support and drive business growth.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales or FMCG is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
