We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Development team at Marsh Insurance Brokers. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
Intern - Business Development
We will count on you to:
Engage in an exciting learning curriculum focused on client servicing and sales fundamentals, establishing a solid foundation
Learn how to drive business through effective prospecting, cold calling, sales presentations, relationship management, market and client research, and more.
Collaborate with experts and teams to find the best solutions for our clients
Gain valuable insights and learn from our leaders.
Make a meaningful impact on our clients and contribute to making a difference.
Provide support to seniors where required, while ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization's standards and SOPs
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Internship duration between minimum 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements
Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
