Job Description :

  • Contacting / received calls from customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of product renewal services within the company.
  • Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers by clearly explaining how the company's product services meet their specific needs, facilitating customer's decisions.
  • Preparing and sending quotation to customers via email.
  • Accurately record customers' personal information into the system to ensure data integrity and smooth processing.
  • Answering incoming calls and reading and replying to emails from customers prudently
  • Keeping call and records as well as user information records for future reference.
  • Regularly obtain information on potential new customers to support and increase the achievement and database for client.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Applicants who have experiences as inbound / outbound call center industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must be computer savvy.
  • Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Basic salary + allowances + commission.
  • Work, life, balance.
  • Training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
