Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance of M & E facilities, equipment and machinery in the plant.
  • Recommend new technology, equipment and machine to suit the company business on a continuous basis.
  • Provide guidance, training and technical assistance to maintenance staff. Leads encourage and motivate the staff in Engineering Department.
  • Provide advice and technical support to other departments.
  • Key responsible in Machine Qualifications (Validation) of all key manufacturing related machines.
  • Responsible in machine and equipment troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading.
  • Responsible to manage and register all spare parts drawings, plan layout and other necessary drawings.
  • Responsible for controlling the department expenses.
  • Responsible of maintenance stores control.
  • Ensure that all calibration done within the company according to the timeline.
  • Involved in Internal Audits.
  • Other duties assigned by the superior.

Role Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry and/or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge in electrical drawings and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Good analytical and statistical skills including report writing.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in team.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor/ Port Klang, Selangor.
