We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our HR team as a
Rewards & Performance Management Specialist
. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs that align with our organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks aligned with industry benchmarks and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain external competitiveness.
- Assist in designing and communicating reward programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and non-financial recognition programs.
Performance Management
- Support the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and development planning.
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems and tools.
- Monitor the effectiveness of performance initiatives and recommend improvements to drive engagement and productivity.
HR Policy Department
- Help develop, maintain, and update HR policies related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Ensure effective communication and adherence to HR policies across all levels of the organization.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze compensation and performance data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on the effectiveness of rewards and performance programs.
- Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Decision-Making Authority
- Recommend enhancements to performance appraisal frameworks and reward structures.
- Communicate policy changes, program updates, and initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
- Advise senior management on rewards and performance strategies influencing critical business decisions.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or performance management roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
- Understanding of performance management principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
