We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our HR team as a
Rewards & Performance Management Specialist
. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs that align with our organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Total Rewards Strategy

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks aligned with industry benchmarks and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain external competitiveness.
  • Assist in designing and communicating reward programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and non-financial recognition programs.

Performance Management

  • Support the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and development planning.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems and tools.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of performance initiatives and recommend improvements to drive engagement and productivity.

HR Policy Department

  • Help develop, maintain, and update HR policies related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Ensure effective communication and adherence to HR policies across all levels of the organization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze compensation and performance data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on the effectiveness of rewards and performance programs.
  • Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve efficiency and impact.

Decision-Making Authority

  • Recommend enhancements to performance appraisal frameworks and reward structures.
  • Communicate policy changes, program updates, and initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Advise senior management on rewards and performance strategies influencing critical business decisions.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or performance management roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Understanding of performance management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
