What you'll achieve
As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that support business growth and learning.
You will:
- Support the coordination and execution of external training-related events, webinars, and workshops for partners and customers
- Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
- Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
- Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Productivity and excellent communications skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information
Desirable Requirements
- Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization
- Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
