Position Overview
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will be responsible for the company's warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution logistics coordination, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe movement of goods in and out. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's tire and parts distribution business supply chain and requires solid practical warehousing experience and team management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the tire and parts warehouse, including receiving, inspection, stocking, shipping, and inventory management;
Establish and optimize warehouse layout, storage space management, and inbound and outbound processes;
Develop and implement inventory management strategies, ensuring inventory accuracy of ≥ 99%;
Coordinate logistics and distribution arrangements, including truck routing and driver management;
Control warehousing and transportation costs to improve efficiency and profit margins;
Use systems (such as ERP/WMS) for data entry and report analysis;
Supervise warehouse safety, cleanliness, and 5S site management;
Manage and train warehouse team members and evaluate their performance;
Maintain communication with sales, purchasing, customer service, and other departments to ensure timely logistics response;
Submit regular operational reports and improvement suggestions to management.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of warehousing or logistics management experience, with experience in tire, auto parts, hardware, or e-commerce logistics preferred;
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, SQL, NetSuite, Zoho, WMS, etc.);
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Email/WhatsApp for daily coordination and reporting;
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
Good leadership and cost control awareness;
Ability to work overtime and travel as necessary (e.g., to follow up on external warehouse or delivery issues).
