Position: Customer Support (on-site)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working day: 5 working days, 2 off days
Working hours: Rotational day shift only
Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,000 (basic) + RM260 (shift allowance)
Contract: 6 months
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Minimum SPM (credit in Math or English) or STPM with minimum 2 years customer service experience and above
Fresh graduates Diploma or Degree are welcomed to apply
Responsibilities:
Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
