Function and duties:
  • Coordinate with vendors for organizational requirements and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and pantry supply.
  • Interact with Finance for invoice processing, payments, and timely provisioning.
  • Collaborate with user departments for new requirements, sourcing, and negotiations.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Ensure 100% legal compliance by vendors at all times.
  • Provide assistance administrative matters promptly
  • Maintain safety and security protocols within the premises.
  • Work on night shifts in a rotational schedule to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
  • Able to work night shifts on rotation.
  • Diploma or University equivalent
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in administrative or facility management roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
