LOAN IMPAIRMENT MANAGEMENT

  • IL report & monitoring to Senior management - helping business to manage impairment and to act as liaison personnel with AQM on Auction, Developer Analysis, Profiling.
  • IL (by housing projects) – meeting with developers and REA to investigate on root cause for IL, mystery shopping, recommend preventive measures and controls.
  • Cancellation of loans / acc results from FRAUD/ COMPRESSED by housing projects (NEW)
  • Auction which has been spearhead by Andric & Chew to assist AQM on recovery activity i.e.,
    • introduce new way to auction activity (Phase 1 is appointment of Auction REA)
    • market study / ground work to new proposal of bulk bidding / purchase (NEW)
    • introduce new system / process of Owner Auction and High Court cases (NEW)
    • Strategic Programme with Auction Houses (NEW)

 MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND CONTROLS

  • Liaison with GRM on PMR, PACR, Thematic review on segmentation and other tracking to support business quality and maximizing Portfolio's business health.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND NEW VENTURES

  • Competitor Analysis
  • Non-individual financing for commercial /land/luxurious financing (NEW)

OTHERS

  • Undertake new assignment of jobs directed by HOD from time to time.
