About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead our paid media initiatives and drive high-quality lead generation across multiple channels. This role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to lead a team in executing performance-driven campaigns that maximize ROI and align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Strategy Development

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize online strategy across Google Ads (SEM), Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.
• Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar in alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Ensure timely and efficient campaign execution by delegating tasks, setting clear objectives, and monitoring progress.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze campaign data, measurement metrics, and overall performance to derive actionable business insights.
• Track and monitor key KPIs including page followers, lead volume, conversion rates, CPL, and CPA.
• Compile and prepare weekly reports with data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize results.

Budget Management

• Oversee, manage and propose digital marketing budget to ensure the team spent efficiently and in line with projected ROAS.

Team & Internal Communication

• Lead and mentor a team of performance analysts, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Back Office, and Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure lead quality is monitored, validated, and optimized.

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
• Solid understanding of lead generation metrics, conversion funnels, CPL, CPA, and ROI optimization.
• Experience in guiding or mentoring a small team will be preferred.
• Experience in handle APAC and Latam Market will be preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with IT, BO, and other departments to ensure campaign success.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
