Job description:
- Coordinate the renewal process for various insurance policies, including but not limited to property, liability, and employee benefits.
- Prepare and send insurance renewal quotations to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls or emails to discuss insurance renewal options and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers by explaining insurance coverage details, premiums, and renewal terms.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and renewal outcomes using microsoft
- Review insurance policies and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Assist in evaluating insurance coverage options and making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance coverage, billing, and claims processing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
