Role Overview

  • Act as liaison between the reporting supervisor, teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the reporting supervisor's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Assist in market analysis to support business decisions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and ensure tasks meet deadlines.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Bachelor's in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Strong organization, time management & attention to detail.
  • Good in MS Office Suite; MISA membership an advantage.
  • High integrity, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
