Job Responsibilities

Leasing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute retail leasing strategies aligned with the company's vision, project positioning, and financial objectives.

Tenant Mix & Positioning

Curate an optimal tenant mix to enhance the vibrancy, attractiveness, and long-term sustainability of the retail development.

Business Development & Negotiation

Identify, engage, and secure suitable tenants through proactive prospecting and strong market networks to maximize occupancy and rental yield.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis on retail trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, business partners, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the leasing pipeline.

Lease Administration & Compliance

Oversee the preparation, execution, and renewal of lease agreements while ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.

Retail Performance Monitoring

Monitor tenant sales performance, footfall, and overall mall performance; recommend and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with development, marketing, property management, and finance teams to ensure seamless leasing operations and project delivery.

Budgeting & Revenue Optimization

Develop and manage leasing budgets, monitor rental collections, and implement initiatives to optimize revenue and minimize vacancy rates.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team to achieve organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing, with proven leadership exposure.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of tenancy laws, leasing documentation, and retail market dynamics.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
