Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Property sales & Marketing.
- Research and build a robust database of leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry associations
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our development projects, including online and offline marketing channels.
- Prepare promotion and pre-launching planning for upcoming projects and assist in preparing marketing plans, strategies and recommendations on marketing campaigns to launch existing and new developments.

- Source new sales opportunities by generating inbound and outbound leads.
- Maintain close follow up with prospects and existing buyers to build good relationship.
- Present our development projects to potential clients, highlighting the unique selling points and value propositions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and build network to gain first hand industry information.
- Prepare sales update & progress report.
- Coordinate and organize events, show houses, and property tours for clients.
- Responsible to manage Leasing Plan including product, tenants, rental & budget according agreed targets.
- Monitor lease expirations and proactively contract existing tenants for renewals or extension.
- Responds and follows up on Sales & Leasing inquiries.
- Exploring new tenants through business connection and relevant marketing events, and liaising with relevant parties to source and attract potential tenants.
- Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing field, within Property or Real Estate industry would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good in building rapport with customers.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
- Team player.
- Experience in property management, shopping complex, retail environment will be advantage.
- Has strong retail contacts and good networking in related industry.
- Preferably Chinese speaking candidate
